Juan Borjon, age 88, a longtime resident of West Chicago, passed away October 29, 2024.
Juan is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Manuela Borjon (Cabral); children, Jose Juan (Rosa) Borjon, Eduardo (Norma) Borjon, Gabriel (Martha) Borjon, Joaquin (Roberta) Borjon, Rebeca Borjon (Eulalio Magallanes), Maria Borjon (Jose Cortes), Nelly (Osbaldo) Tellez-Borjon and Carlos Borjon; 31 grandchildren; 21 greatgrandchildren; 5 brothers and relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 132 Fremont Street (One block north of Washington St. & Main St.) Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at St. Mary's Church, 164 N. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago, IL at 12:00 p.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
Juan Borjon, de 88 años, residente de West Chicago desde hace mucho tiempo, falleció el 29 de octubre de 2024. A Juan le sobreviven su amada esposa de 63 años, Manuela Borjón (Cabral); hijos, José Juan (Rosa) Borjón, Eduardo (Norma) Borjón, Gabriel (Martha) Borjón, Joaquín (Roberta) Borjón, Rebeca Borjón (Eulalio Magallanes), María Borjón (José Cortés), Nelly (Osbaldo) Téllez-Borjón y Carlos Borjón; 31 nietos; 21 bisnietos; 5 hermanos y parientes y amigos.
Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres; los bebés, Celia y Pablo; nieto Juan Miguel, 5 nietos adicionales y 8 hermanos.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el domingo 3 de noviembre de 2024 de 2:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m. en Norris-Segert Funeral Home y Servicios Cremation, 13 2 Fremont Street (una cuadra al norte de Washington St. y Main St.) La misa fúnebre se llevará a cabo el lunes 4 de noviembre de 2024 en la Iglesia de Santa María, 164 N. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago, IL a las 12:00 p.m. Entierro en el Cementerio Calvary.
