Judith Abrams Obituary
Judith (Judy) Abrams, (nee Pappano) born January 20, 1944 (81) went home to be with The Lord June 10, 2025. She is reunited with Dick Abrams, her loving husband of 34 years. The life of Judy Abrams was filled with adventure and travel (she loved a good cruise!), laughter and love of family. Her kindness and humor will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of being part of her life. One of the things we will never forget about our mom, grandma and great grandma is her welcoming spirit and the kindness she showed to everyone entering her circle.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband Dick Abrams, parents Fred and Maxine Pappano, brother Bill Pappano, sister, brother-in-law and nephew Marianne, Jack and John Price. Sons Jim Wormald and Bob Abrams. Judy is survived by daughter-in-law Gayle Wormald (Jim), daughter and son-in-law Susan and Brad Roy, son and daughter-in-law Michael Wormald and Jodi Brooks, son and daughter-in-law Rich and Karen Abrams. Judy is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren with whom she cherished every moment. Seriously, she was a legendary grandma!
Family and friends will be received Friday June 13, 2025 from 10am to 11am at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312. Service will be at 11am with procession and burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery.
