Judith A. Chapman, age 83, of West Bend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at the Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center. Judy spent her life bringing joy to others through her kindness and warm spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Evelyn (nee Patterson) Chapman, her brothers Allen and Michael, and sister-in-law Barbara Chapman.
Judy is survived by her niece Theresa Chapman, nephews Wayne (Bobbi) Chapman, Steven (Dara) Chapman and Jeffrey Chapman; great-nieces and great-nephews Nicole (Michael) Schultz, Andrew Chapman (fiancée Tessa), Heather Chapman (fiancé Bobby), Melanie (Patrick) Hill, Jeremy chapman, David Chapman and Chad Wolfe; great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces Gabriel, Harley, Riley, Bear, Jocelyn, Connor and Leelah. She is also survived by Chuck and Jenny Chapman and family and Jo Ann Hofer.
The family would like to thank the Cedar Community nursing staff and Commonheart Hospice nurses for all of their care and support, along with Schmidt Funeral Home.
A private family service will he held in her honor at Washington County Memorial Park on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

I met Judy working at Threshold since then we became very close friends. My parents, I and Judy went down to Branson one summer. We had a wonderful time. We did visit each other ever since. She was so good at sending out cards to me and my family. Will never forget her. Miss you dearly. Dawn Timm
