She was a graduate of Newport Harbor High School, California, and obtained a master's degree from the University of Redlands, California. She retired from Cerritos College in California as the Vice President of Finance.
Judith is survived by her sister, Carol Buckingham of Aurora, Colorado. Her brother, Stan Sauter, predeceased her in 1987. She was the eldest child of Carl and Margaret Sauter of Costa Mesa, California.
Judith was a member of the Navarre Elks Lodge of Navarre, Florida, for many years.
A funeral service will be held at Lewis Funeral Home in Navarre on Saturday, November 8, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
