Publish in a newspaper

Judith Elaine Dye, 85, passed away October 6, 2025. Born June 6, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, Judy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who left a lasting impact on her family and community. Judy was the daughter of the late Julius and Julie (Toth) Yesso. She was married to her beloved husband, John Edward Dye, for 59 years, until his passing in November 2022.

She is survived by her sons, sons Chris (Kelly), Jeff (Diane), Brian (Tracy), and Brad (Jennifer); treasured grandchildren Lauren (Jason), Zach, Jordan (Joe), Brittany (fiancé Parker), Johnna, Morgan, Haley, Jacob, Lindsey, Alyssa, and Jayce; and great-grandchildren Jaxon and Braxton. In addition to her husband and her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn.

Judy lived for her family and cherished every opportunity to support them and spend time with them. She never missed a concert, sporting event, or family gathering, often hosting football parties and clam bakes with her husband, John. She and John also enjoyed boating in Marblehead, wintering in Florida, and traveling. She will be dearly missed.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 3-6 PM at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, OH 44212.
