Judy is the daughter of Robert Paugh and Bonnie Stephenson. She is survived by two children, Paul Pownall II and Barbara Cooley and three grandchildren, Keyontae Clay, Kendall Cooley and Lincoln Pownall.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Deloris Bunting and husband Denzel Kidwell.
Judy was a 1980 graduate of Hampshire High School. She recently retired from the Potomac Center after 21 years of employment.
Judy had a love for cats and spent most of her life rescuing, spaying and neutering hundreds of cats, donating to local rescues and making sure every cat had a home.
Per Judy's request there will be no service.
