Of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away surrounded by her family on January 13, 2024. She was 80 years old. Beloved wife of Jack A. Polikoff for 53 years. Loving mother of Scott Polikoff (Mary), Todd Polikoff, and Andrew Polikoff. Devoted grandmother of Amy, Jared, Ashley, Samuel, Shira, and Jordan Polikoff and great-grandmother of Wyatt, Grace, and Paige. Daughter of the late Sidney Ostroff and the late Cecelia (nee Wirtshafter) Ostroff. She was also predeceased by her stepfather William Sokoloff, who adopted her after her father passed away. Dear sister of Ned Sokoloff (Terri).
Judith grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Haverford High School. She was a member of Wolf Baron Lodge in Philadelphia. A woman who excelled at being a "Mom Mom, " she loved to cook and entertain professionally and for her family and friends. She held a variety of other interests, being a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, a model at one time, and the author of the book "Every Loving Gift." Following Judy's wishes, there will be no public funeral services. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family suggests donations to Jewish Family and Children's Services of South Jersey Food Pantry (jfcssnj.org)
