Judith Dickstein Winkelman Seplow (Judy), passed away peacefully due to natural causes on February 18, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Born on April 27, 1937, in Pontiac, Michigan, Judy's life was characterized by her loving nature, kindness, and strong community.

Judy studied music at the University of Michigan and obtained her Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. Whether professionally or personally, everyone who met Judy loved her and felt a sincere connection with her. She was an active member of her synagogues, Temple Beth Jacob in Michigan and Temple Solel in Arizona.

Judy is survived by her children, Lee Winkelman and his wife Wendey Stanzler, Stephen Winkelman and his wife Audrey Wolff, Sara Winkelman and her husband Rabbi Hyim Shafner, and Adam Winkelman and his wife Dana Rubin-Winkelman; her sisters-in-law, Kim Dickstein and Cindy Dickstein; and her grandchildren, Jacob (Nate), Jeremy, Benjamin, Yonah, Herschey, Hava, Alexandra, Henry, Alexander, and Shoshana. Judy was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Winkelman and Richard Seplow, and her brothers, Kenneth Dickstein and Sidney Dickstein.

Judy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered in the countless stories, songs, jokes, and moments shared. Services will be held at Green Acres Cemetery at 2pm on Thursday.
