Judith A. Vining

Judith A. Vining, 85 of Londonderry, NH passed away peacefully Thursday October 30, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family after a valiant battle with cancer. Judy was born on March 4, 1940 in Melrose, MA, eldest child of the late John and Mary (Brennan) Dignan. Judy was raised and educated in Wakefield MA. She moved to Derry NH in 1967 and had been a resident of Londonderry since 2005.
She began working when she was a teenager and continued working until she was 81 years old. She retired after 23 years with the United Methodist Foundation of NE where she worked as an account manager. Judy was deeply devoted to her religion and her family. She was an active member of St Mark's Church where she served as a greeter and on several committees until her health deteriorated. She spent most of her free time following her grandchildren to their various activities as they were growing up. Judy enjoyed traveling to Europe with her friends and her weekly meeting with a special group of women.
Judy will be deeply missed by her son; Sean Vining and his wife Alexa of Henderson, NV, her daughter; Kathleen (Vining) Bolton and her husband Kevin of Londonderry. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three siblings; Robert Dignan of San Louis Obispo, CA, Peter Dignan of Windham, NH, and Betty Larkin of Londonderry and many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 10:30am in St. Mark the Evangelist Church, One South Road, Londonderry. Private burial will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry.
