Judith Anne "Judi" Zerance

Judith "Judi" Anne Zerance, 80, of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Carolina East Medical Center.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m., Saturday, April 15th at the family home in Newport.
Judith, known to her loved ones as "Judi", was born on December 13, 1942, 1 of 9 children, to the late Charles Kurtz and Geraldine "Gerry" Sparks. Born in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, she spent the latter part of her childhood at the Tressler Lutheran Home.
Judi later moved to North Carolina where she has resided in Carteret County for the past 23 years. She loved living at the beach, spending hours searching for the perfect shells to add to her collection. Judi enjoyed shopping, creating beautiful floral arrangements, traveling, and was determined to always keep her mind active with puzzles. Her most treasured moments were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband, John Anthony Zerance Jr.; daughters, Deborah Ann Wagoner (Kerry) of Swansboro, NC and Cynthia Louise Quintanilla of Hubert, NC; son, Theodore "TJ" Wayne Salinger Jr. (Ranae) of Carlisle, PA; grandchildren, Brandon Gray Wagoner (Steven Naylor) of Norfolk, VA, Brett Wayne Wagoner (Shainna) of Denver, CO, Brittany "Britt" Maranda Anne Wagoner (Sophany) of Jacksonville, FL; Jack Anthony Deal of Wilmington, NC, Trey Salinger of Carlisle, PA, Alexander Michael Deal of Hubert, NC and Talan Salinger of Carlisle, PA; great-grandchildren, Justice Einna Campbell-Wagoner of Jacksonville, FL, Novalee Rose Wagoner and River Orin Wagoner, both of Denver, CO.; 8 siblings; and her precious pup, Porsha.
