Judy Blunt (Judy Bordelon Watts), 73, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away on March 10, 2025. Judy was born in Bunkie, Louisiana, to Ena Ducote Bordelon and Leroy Bordelon on March 31, 1951. Judy diligently worked to receive her Master plus 30 in education from LSU in 1984. After receiving her degree, she moved to Crowley, Louisiana, where she continued her career as an elementary and middle school teacher. After her marriage to Randie Blunt, she moved to Rhode Island and began her career in finance and insurance. She then moved to Mena, Arkansas, after her retirement. Judy was an avid LSU fan. She also enjoyed quilting and cross stitching. Her boisterous personality and sense of humor brought joy to everyone. She had an eclectic taste in music. She also loved to travel. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed. Judy is survived by her daughter Amy Watts, brother Terry Bordelon, and sister-in-law Peggy Bordelon. Judy is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Randi Blunt. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 17, 2025, at 10:00a.m. The service will take place at the Beasly Wood Chapel with Father Joseph Shantiraj as officiant. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home.
