Judy Tate, 77 of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2025. She was a longtime member of the Sunrise Baptist Church where she played the piano and sang for many years. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Reba Moser Goforth and was also preceded in death by her husband, Gene Tate and her son in law, Eric Sneed.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Joseph) Sneed Bell and Melanie (Michael) West; grandchildren, Derek Sneed, Galie (Cody) Posey, Elijah West, Emmy West, and Jonas West; and her great grandson, Jayden Posey.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in the chapel of Poole Funeral Home with Rev. Benny Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025 at Poole Funeral Home who is caring for the Tate family.
