Juelann Smith, 66, of Freehold Township passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at The Manor, Freehold Township.
Juelann was a graduate of Freehold Township High School, Class of 1975.
Juelann was known for being able to talk to anyone, a trait she used throughout her life while waitressing at Federici's, Frankie Fed's and as a receptionist at Style Barbershop. The hardest working woman, even when cancer slowed her down, she never wanted to give up working and the joy she had from being surrounded by people.
Juelann had the ability to create relationships with everyone around her and would always be counted on to run into someone she knew no matter where she went. The most important relationships she created was the family she raised with her husband John over the past 42 years.
A Freehold grown love, she met John and raised her five children within Freehold Township, the place she called home.
In addition to her husband John, she is survived by her children, James Smith (Marisa), Todd Smith (Lauren Hanna), Kyle Smith (Katelyn), Kayla Smith (Daniel Burdge), and Jaclyn Smith (Vito Cannavo); a stepson, John Smith (Heather); her brothers and sisters, Brian Fisher (Jimmy), Maureen Fisher (Bill), Kevin Fisher, Timmy Fisher, Donna McLaughlin, Kelly Lindsay, and Erin Vaughn; her grandchildren, Carter, Drew, Kenzie, Brynn, Madelyn, Mara, Reilly, Graycen, and Alex.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m.
