Colonel Julian Dale Allen, 71, a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force, died Thursday, October 9, 2025 at his home.
No services are being planned.
Colonel Allen was a native of Mississippi. He held a doctorate in Education and served as colonel in the United States Air Force during the Gulf War.
He is survived by a daughter, Jamie Allen of Carthage and a son, Randy Holloway of Carlsbad, CA.

I likened Julian to my Little Brother.
His accomplishments were many and impressive and respected contributions to our society.
His discipline and integrity were examples of his love for our country.
His love for Christ was his testimony for all to see.
His friendship was my honor.
