Julie Ann Cooper
February 21, 1950 - May 19, 2025
Julie Ann Cooper passed away on May 19, 2025, beloved wife, mother, and homemaker, who had enriched so many lives. She left a legacy of love, service, and nurturing that will continue to inspire those who knew her. She was born on February 21, 1950, in
Brigham City, Utah, to her parents Leland Garr Bolton and Nelda Afton Clark Bolton.
She was a loving wife to Terrance, whom she married on June 10, 1970 in the Logan, Utah Temple, and together they created a home that was a refuge of love and warmth for over 54 years. Julie Ann was also a beloved mother and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Julie Ann had a gift for making a house a home, not just for her own family but for everyone who had the pleasure of stepping inside. Her talents were many and varied - sewing, quilting, cooking, baking, gardening, working in the Temple, flower arranging, knitting, serving, ministering, collecting pictures of Jesus, directing choir, playing piano, and reading stories to her grandchildren. Julie Ann's service didn't stop at the threshold of her home. She and her husband Terrance served a full-time mission in Oakland, California, spreading their faith and love to others.
She was preceded in death by her father, whose lessons of love and service no doubt influenced the remarkable woman she became, and her brother Clark Bolton.
She is survived by her mother Nelda, husband Terrance, six children, Jennifer (George) Hartle, Matthew Cooper, Kristen Jensen, Emily (Tim) Young, Justin (Camille) Cooper, Alisa (Joe) Finlay, her brother Greg Bolton, her sister Jeanne Cutler, 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
