Julio Cesar Flores-Martinez, 57, of Decatur went to be with his Lord Saturday, March 8, 2025.
Visitation is 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 14 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Julio was born October 26, 1967 to Jesus Flores and Paula Martinez in Coahuila, Mexico. He was united in marriage in 2009 to Laura Morales in Decatur, Texas. Julio was a rancher, in the agriculture business working for the Gage family for many years. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Paula Martinez, and 2 sisters, Bibiana Herrera, and Carla Flores.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Laura Morales of Decatur; his daughter, Stephanie Flores of Decatur; son-in-law, Jesus Espinoza; his step-children, Prisila Lopez, Jose Lopez, Javier Lopez, and Jesus Lopez; 5 grandchildren, Sianni Espinoza, Nevaeh Espinoza, Isaiah Lopez, Javier Lopez, and Sofia Lopez; 3 sisters, Rosario Flores, Mariela Flores, and Maria Flores; a brother, Jesus Flores; his father, Jesus Flores; numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and extended family, plus a host of friends.
Julio César Flores-Martínez, de 57 años, de Decatur, fue a estar con su Señor el sábado 8 de marzo de 2025.
El velorio es de 6 a 8:00 p.m. el viernes 14 de marzo en la Funeraria Hawkins en Decatur.
Julio nació el 26 de octubre de 1967 en Coahuila, México, hijo de Jesús Flores y Paula Martínez. Se unió en matrimonio en el 2009 con Laura Morales en Decatur, Texas. Julio era un ganadero, en el negocio de la agricultura trabajando para la familia Gage durante muchos años. Fue un amado esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, tío, primo y amigo para muchos que lo extrañarán mucho.
Le precedieron en la muerte su madre, Paula Martínez, y 2 hermanas, Bibiana Herrera y Carla Flores.
Los que quedan para atesorar su memoria son su esposa, Laura Morales de Decatur; su hija, Stephanie Flores de Decatur; yerno, Jesús Espinoza; sus hijastros, Prisila López, José López, Javier López y Jesús López; 5 nietos, Sianni Espinoza, Nevaeh Espinoza, Isaías López, Javier López y Sofía López; 3 hermanas, Rosario Flores, Mariela Flores y María Flores; un hermano, Jesús Flores; su padre, Jesús Flores; numerosas tías, tíos, primos y familiares, además de una gran cantidad de amigos.
