Julius Roy Bretschneider of Williamstown, New Jersey, passed away on March 3rd, 2024 at the age of 84.
Legacy
Jule will be remembered fondly for his kind, resilient personality. He was an instant friend to anyone who he met.
Family
Born to the late Edward and Rose (nee App) Bretschneider on April 16, 1939. Julius was an accomplished Mechanical Designer, receiving an Associates from Temple University in 1962. While attending a friend's party during the holiday season, "Jule" met the love of his life, Bernice "Bonnie" (nee Ellis), from that moment on the two shared a loving 60 years together. The pair shared a love for Broadway shows as well as traveling, taking trips to Alaska, Hawaii, Myrtle Beach, and New England. Jule and Bonnie became loving parents to their son William (Charmaine) Bretschneider, they shared many loving memories of going to sporting events, especially to the Riversharks Stadium. Jule was an avid reader, as he loved to read fantasy, science fiction, and mysteries, especially work by James Paterson.
