Julius O. Weber, 88, of Port Reading passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison with his family by his side.

Born in Carteret, Julius was a lifelong resident of Port Reading and honorably served in the United States Army. He was an accomplished and award-winning artist and was a devoted parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, where he served for many years as an usher. Jules enjoyed many trips to Atlantic City with his family and enjoyed spending afternoons down at the docks in Sewaren. Most of all, "Pop" cherished his time spent with his children, grandchildren and family members.

Jules was predeceased by his wife, Joan Weber along with two siblings, Ernie Weber and Alice Panek. Surviving are his children, Douglas Weber with his wife Jeannine, Thomas Weber with his wife Patty and Matthew Weber with his wife Michelle; grandchildren, Heather, Melissa, Nicholas, Kyle and Matthew; great grandchildren, Carson, Heather, Noel and Miles along with his sister, Yolanda "Babe" Bacskoczky.
