June Adele Frawley, 91, of Spartanburg, South Carolina entered into Heaven’s gates on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
June was born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Edward Iannielli and the late Doris Iannielli. She was also preceded in death by a son and a daughter: James E. “Jimmy” Frawley III and Patricia Ann Owens; a daughter-in-law: Lizzie Frawley and a son-in-law: David Owens.
June was a retired bookkeeper at Belk’s and a devout Catholic. She was a member at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church. She was a kind and sweet hearted lady. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family and friends will treasure her many memories for years to come.
Survivors are her son: Thomas Frawley; Grandchildren: Racheal Timmons (Chase), Joel Owens (Elizabeth), Krista Hedge (Stephen), William Frawley-Knox (Stephanie), Jennifer Halko (Brian), Devin Wilson, and Deon Shippy; great grandchildren: Zowie, Olivia, Adalyn, Waylon, Deviney, Chloe, Camden, Nehemiah, Josiah, and Delani; Jacob, Andrew, Hannah, Samuel, great-great grandchild: Delani Jun, Keiari.
The family will receive friends between 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Floyd’s Mortuary – North Church Street Chapel, 235 North Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. The funeral to honor June’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church, 290 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302. The burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Joel Owens, Chase Timmons, Devin Wilson, Deon Shippy, Camden Shippy, and Krista Hedge.
The arrangements are entrusted into the care of J.F. Floyd Mortuary - North Church Street Chapel.
