June T. Generelli, 81, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026. She was born on June 28, 1944, in Worcester, the daughter of the late Theresa (McGee) and John Tighe.
June worked for many years in the sales department at Polar Beverage, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Above all else, her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her children and grandchildren —whom she loved deeply and supported endlessly. She found happiness in simple pleasures and enjoyed sports, shopping, and bowling.
June is survived by her loving children, Lisa Delvecchio and her husband Dominic of Northport, Florida; Robert Generelli of Largo, Florida; and Christopher Generelli of Worcester. She also leaves behind her brother, Francis Tighe and his wife Karen; her sister, Margaret Wheeler and her husband Doug; her former spouse, Robert Generelli of Worcester; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents; her brother, John Tighe; and her beloved grandson, Charles Dauderis.
Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of June’s life with visiting hours on Thursday, January 8th from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A funeral service will begin at 12:00pm in the funeral home with burial following in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.
Lisa and Robert would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to their brother, Christopher, for the loving care he provided to their mother and for being by her side every day.
