Justina Reimer

Funeral services for Justina Reimer, age 94 of Seminole, Texas, will be held Friday, August 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Reinlander Mennonite Church with John Loewen officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Reimer was born in Mexico on April 21, 1931 to Elizabeth (Loewen) and Abram Fehr. She married Henry Reimer in Mexico on September 4, 1949. She was a member of Reinlander Mennonite Church and a homemaker. Justina enjoyed being around other women, sewing, doing yard work, and playing games with her family and friends. She was an excellent dominos player and never liked to lose a game; she also enjoyed drinking coffee and baking.

Justina Reimer passed away Monday, August 18, 2025 at Seminole Memorial Health Care Center in Seminole. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Reimer in 2000, two sons, Henry and Jake Reimer, four brothers, two sisters, and one great-grandchild. She is survived by four sons, Neil Reimer and with Marie, Abe Reimer and wife Francis, and John Reimer and wife Mary, all of Canada, and Peter Reimer and wife Theresa of Lamesa, Texas; four daughters, Jessie Enns and husband John, and Lis Friesen and husband Ben, both of Canada, and Helen Strickland and husband Ricky, and Tina Reimer, both of Seminole, Texas; one sister, Helena Friesen of Bolivia; 28 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
