Kali "Miss Sunshine" Leann Baker, a radiant light in the lives of those who knew and loved her, was born on June 16, 2020, in Tifton, Georgia. She brought joy and laughter to her family and friends, earning the affectionate title of "Miss Sunshine." Kali's early years were marked by sweetness and exuberance, as she embraced life with a vibrant spirit.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in the chapel of Albritton funeral Directors with Rev. Buck Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home before the service.
Kali completed her Pre-K education with a noteworthy achievement, the Sunshine Award, which reflected her lively personality and bubbly nature. Her love for tap dancing was evident, with her cherished tap shoes facilitating countless joyful performances. Kali also enjoyed the art of barbering, showcasing a creativity beyond her years, along with the simple pleasures of playing with her brothers and sister. She was proud of her accomplishments, including competing in kindergarten, where she continued to shine brightly.
Tragically, Kali's journey was cut short in a vehicle accident on June 16, 2025, on what was her fifth birthday. Her passing leaves an everlasting void in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her devoted father, Josh Baker; her loving mother, Kiersten Picolo; her brothers, Chance and Camden Baker; and her sister, Karson Baker. Kali is also remembered by several aunts and uncles who cherished her innocent spirit and zest for life.
Kali was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Candler Baker; and her grandmother, Rebecca Joyce Baker, who will receive her with open arms in eternal rest.
Kali Leann Baker will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends, a shining star whose spirit will continue to light up our lives.
