The sun rose for a precious angel, Baby Kamari Allen Amos, on October 29, 2025, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and just two days later, on October 31, 2025, that same gentle light returned to Heaven. Though his time on earth was brief, Kamari's presence brought joy, hope, and immeasurable love to all who surrounded him. In his mother's arms, his father's care, and his family's prayers, he was cherished every second of his beautiful life. His tiny hands, soft breaths, and peaceful spirit left an everlasting imprint on everyone who held him or dreamed of the life he would live. Though his stay was short, the love he inspired will live on forever in the hearts of those who will never forget his gentle presence.
Kamari was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmothers, Vondra McKinney Nesby and Pearlie Rose, and his paternal great-grandfather, David Leggs.
He is lovingly cherished by his devoted mother, Justice Rose, and his proud father, Korey Amos, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. From his maternal family, he is survived by his grandmother Aletha Nesby and grandfather Justin Rose; great-grandfathers Nolin Nesby and Sylvester Rose, Sr.; aunts Lavondra Murrell and Jaedyn Rose; and uncles Maurice Murrell and Mark Murrell. From his mother's side, Kamari was welcomed into a circle of strong, loving hearts-the Nesby and Rose families will forever hold his memory as a reminder of the beauty and innocence that God entrusts to us, even for just a moment.
On his paternal side, he is survived by his grandparents Corey Amos, Sr. and Jennifer Lynch Amos; great-grandparents Genethel (Joe Willie) Brown and Patricia King; great-great-grandmother Florida Lynch; aunts Kayla Boyd and Kalisha Amos; and uncle Cordarian Amos. The Amos and Lynch families celebrate Kamari's life as a precious gift from Heaven. His presence, though fleeting, bound generations together in love and faith, reminding all that even the smallest angel can leave the deepest mark on the soul.
Kamari's life, though brief, was one of pure love. He was surrounded by warmth, prayers, and tenderness, and he gave the world a reason to pause, reflect, and remember that every heartbeat-no matter how small-is a miracle from God. His family takes comfort in knowing that he rests safely in the arms of the Lord, where there is no pain, only peace.
"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee." - Jeremiah 1:5
Though his earthly journey lasted only two days, Kamari's spirit will live eternally in the hearts of those who loved him most. His name will be spoken with tenderness, his memory honored with grace, and his light will continue to shine through the lives he touched.
