Karen Regan Browne, born May 5 th, 1951, died at her home on August 5 th, 2025 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family, friends, and her devoted caretaker and husband of nearly 56 years.
Karen was a lifelong Epping resident, graduating from EHS in 1969. She raised her family surrounded by her Epping community until her final days. She cherished her career at Bayside Distributing LLC, where she formed lifelong friendships with her colleagues. Following her retirement, Karen found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren, who lovingly referred to her as Narnie, creating cherished memories filled with laughter, love, and unwavering support. Karen lived her life by the phrase "for the love of my family", which can be seen on pillows, signs, and picture frames throughout her home.
Karen is predeceased by her mother, Irene Regan, and her brother, Michael Regan. She is survived by her loving husband Buddy; her daughter Kristie (Dammling), her husband Dennis Dammling, and their sons Ty and Brady; her son Rob, his wife Eliza, and their children Molly Koza and her husband Devon, and Caleb; her sister, Susan Regan; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 2-6 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., Epping, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 11, 2025 11:00am at St. Joseph's Church, located at 200 Pleasant St., Epping, NH. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Epping, NH.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the incredible village of friends, extended family, and the compassionate hospice team whose steadfast support and care brought comfort and strength during this difficult time. Karen was revered by her village and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
