Karen Ann Polzer, age 82, of West Bend, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Karen was the devoted wife of the late John Polzer and the proud matriarch of a growing family. They built a beautiful life on Big Cedar Lake filled with love, hard work and adventure.

She is lovingly remembered by her five children: Paul Polzer (Karen), Amanda Behr (Gary Witkowiak), Sara Kline (Allen), Michael Polzer (Ashley), and Dianna Polzer. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Jakob, Alexander, Matthew, Mariah (Mollee), Johnathon, Emma, Avery, Chase, Ethan, Eleanor, Oliver, and Hudson.

As a remarkable businesswoman, Karen served as President of Con-Cor Company for 27 years and remained actively involved in the business up until her passing. Her leadership, dedication, and work ethic were deeply respected by all who knew her.

Outside of her professional life, Karen lived with great energy and joy. She had a passion for traveling the world, wintering in her Florida home, and enjoying peaceful days on the lake. Above all, Karen found her greatest joy in taking care of her family. She loved going to church and celebrating holidays, especially Christmas.

Karen's vibrant spirit, generosity, and unwavering love will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Jack and Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation at jajf.org

Visitation Thursday August 21 at Harder Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 2:00 PM.
