Ernie and family, sorry for your loss….Karin and I had a lot of good times working together. Karin was truly dedicated to her Law Enforcement career. We worked together both as officers and Karin as my dispatcher for many years. I always remember her hospitality of coffee breaks your home on those long third shifts. I know Karin was also as truly dedicated to her family and her friends. Robin and I are broken hearted over her passing. Karin was a great lady and true friend, we will miss her.

I remember Karin's cheerful greetings at the courthouse, and I always looked forward to her updates on her sons' military careers. I enlisted their eldest son, Gary, into the Army in 1983. I will also remember Karin's stories about her village being liberated by American forces when she was just a little girl in WWII. Why do bad things happen to good people like Karin?

Thank you for your notes: I will print them and give them to Ernie.
Karin will be truelly missed. She died of pancreatic cancer. She was diagnosed just 5 weeks before her death. Her death was sudden and unexpected.
Its important to have cancer screenings!!!
The family is doing well. Ernie has his bad days along with the good days but he is a rock! Ron and I will try to keep him busy!
Thanks again!
