Kathleen A. (Walsh) DePamphilis, of Sudbury, formerly of Belmont, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 8, 2024. She was 92.
Kathleen was born January 18, 1932 in Boston a daughter of the late Irish immigrants Michael and Elizabeth (Davis) Walsh. She was raised and educated in Charlestown. Kathleen was a longtime resident of Belmont, where she raised her five daughters, before her move to Sudbury twenty-five years ago. She also worked for many years at Sancta Maria Hospital in Cambridge, Waltham Hospital and Symmes Hospital in Arlington before retiring.
The second oldest of nine children, she took on the responsibility of caring for her siblings from a young age. Kathleen discovered her greatest joy, being a grandmother. Kathleen was a woman of great faith and a devout parishioner at Saint Joseph’s Church in Belmont for many years. She was an active member of Sodality. Her strength to take care of so many others came from her faith.

Snow (Douglas) of Wayland and Ellen M.
