Of Cudahy. Born October 12, 1959, to Rose and Eli Pochuch. Passed away at home June 3, 2022. Beloved wife of Michael G. Plachinski. Loving mother of Allison M. Plachinski. Cherished dog grandma to Bongo. Dear sister of Maria (Joseph) Groll, Cynthia (John) Weber and Diane (Jon) DeRosia. Further survived by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nephews and many other extended family members and friends. Kathleen is preceded in death by Eli Pochuch, Rose and Leonard Domin.
Kathleen attended Holy Family Parish School and was a 1978 graduate of Cudahy High School. Kathleen and Michael were married at St. Joseph's Catholic Church August 8, 1981. Kathleen was a long-time employee at Al's Custard Stand and Fountain Blue. She enjoyed trips to the cabin in Northern Wisconsin every summer, reading Danielle Steele books and talking to family and friends on the phone.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at DIVINE MERCY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee from 9:00 AM - 10:45 AM with memorial mass to follow at 11:00 AM.
