Kathleen Saeger (nee Struzinski), passed away on June 14, 2025, of Runnemede. Age 78. Beloved wife of Roland B. Saeger for 30 years. Loving mother of Timothy J. Eichfeld (Bridget) of Topsham, ME; Joseph B. Eichfeld (Tara) of Hoboken, GA; Damian J. Eichfeld (Julie) of Franklinville, NJ; David J. Eichfeld ( Jessica) of Deptford, NJ. Dear grandmother of Kayla Tison of Hilliard, FL; Kayleigh Wright of Lubbock, TX; Leo Eichfeld of Portland, ME; Hannah Thrift of Hoboken, GA; Serenity Eichfeld of Deptford, NJ; Draven Eichfeld of Deptford, NJ; Fiona Eichfeld of Franklinville, NJ; Eleven Eichfeld of Deptford, NJ; Theodore Eichfeld of Franklinville, NJ; Benjamin Eichfeld of Franklinville, NJ. Great-grandmtoher of TJ Wright of Lubbock, TX and Coralynn Thrift of Hoboken, GA. Kathy was a longtime parishioner of Holy Child Parish and a former member of the Altar and Rosary Society. In 1962, she placed seventh in the National Rollerskating Championship. In 1967, she competed in a cross-country airplane race, the Powder Puff Derby. Kathy taught art to K-5 children in the Camden City Schools. She was beloved by her students and fellow teachers alike. There will be a viewing from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday evening, June 19 and from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM on Friday Morning, June 20 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa Church, Runnemede. Interment private.
