Kathy Jane Preuss, age 67, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, December 21, 2024. She was born in Clintonville on March 9, 1957, daughter of the late Gene and Donna Loken. She was married to Larry Preuss and they shared 50 wonderful years together.
Kathy attended school in Antigo and Manawa. She worked diligently with Larry on their dairy farm along with their children and her in-laws. She enjoyed owning and operating Kathy's Ceramics. She loved teaching the trade of ceramics to others, as well as participating in craft shows with her family. Kathy retired from ceramics to assist Larry with his appraisal business. They enjoyed working side by side. She also enjoyed teaching Sunday School while her children were young.
Every year, Kathy looked forward to vacationing and would spend endless hours researching. Larry and Kathy traveled in their RV throughout the United States often with family on the adventure. Later in life, Kathy enjoyed spending her summers in Elcho at the cabin with her family and close friend. She always looked forward to their annual fishing trip to Cass Lake, MN.
Kathy will be sadly missed by her husband, Larry, and their children: Ann (Tony) Jagoditsh, Jason (Sara) Preuss, Tina (Pete) Bowen; grandchildren: Brittany (Jake), Willy, Hannah, Katie, Mckenzie, Cheyanne, Austyn, Ashton, Aiden, and Leif; great grandson, Kayden.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jim Loken.
There will be a private family ceremony held.
