Kathy Ann Timberman (Brown)
Kathy Ann Timberman, 70, of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away on October 9, 2023. Born on May 24, 1953, in Oklahoma City, OK, Kathy was a mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend.
For much of her life, Kathy enjoyed making people laugh. She had a passion for writing poetry and short stories, and her creativity shone through her words. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she cherished the warmth it brought.
Kathy dedicated many years to federal service with the FAA in radar maintenance. Throughout her career, she utilized her excellent verbal and writing skills in every position she held.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Gena Timberman, her son, Andrew Timberman, and his wife, Brooke Timberman, as well as her granddaughter, Andi Timberman. She is also survived by her sisters, Carla Killman and Nancy Wallis, and brother-in-law Donald Wallis. Kathy leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Geneva and James Eugene Brown of Yanush, and her brother-in-law Paul Killman of Oklahoma City.
Kathy attended Capitol Hill High School and later pursued her higher education at Oklahoma City Community College.
In honor of Kathy's memory, contributions can be made to The Oklahoma Humane Society or the Oklahoma Museums Association.
Kathy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her warm smile and her witty sense of humor will forever be remembered. May she rest in peace.

Oh, Kathy....you were the dearest friend and another sister to me. I only recently became aware that you've gone to heaven, and my condolences to your family. At least I'll always have the fantastic memories of hanging out with you, having fun, talking for hours, and laughing like loons, everytime I came to Oklahoma City for school at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. I'm glad I got to be your in your orbit for all those years. Rest in peace, my friend.
