Kathy Sue Williams

Kathy Sue Williams, 67 of Marion passed away on Tuesday November 11, 2025, at home, her death was unexpected. Kathy was born May 15, 1958, in Marion to the late Wayne and Jean (Bailey) Carroll. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Larry “Pick” Williams in 2016, brother Darrell Carroll, and two sisters Shelby Clark and Patty Jeffers.

Kathy is survived by daughter Jeanie Kuhlen of Marion and son Larry Williams of Marion; stepdaughter Wanda Williams of Marion; grandsons Kayden Kuhlen and Michael (Megan) Culp of Marion; great grandchildren Abbie and Buddy Culp; step grandson Samuel Williams; sister Truby (Tim) Sams of Marion, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Kathy graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1976 and was a homemaker. She taught ceramics in the 1980’s and enjoyed crafts. Kathy loved her fire department family and was part of Field Support Unit at New Vision Fire and Rescue.
