Katie Davis Obituary
She was born on August 16, 1958, in Cleveland, TN., to Evelyn Adams and Sewall Anthony.
Katie was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She had unwavering love for Jesus and her family. She was passionate about cooking, music, decorating, and making all things around her beautiful.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James "Randy" Davis; his parents, and one brother, Stephen Kennett.
Left to cherish the many memories include her two daughters, Mandy Bentley and her husband, Russell Bentley of Demorest, Georgia, Kara Goode and her husband, Maurice Goode of Cleveland, Tennessee; mother, Evelyn Adams; three grandchildren, Jonathan Ingram of Calhoun, Tennessee, Hayley Ware and her husband, Dylan Ware of Cleveland, Tennessee, Sofie Goode of Cleveland, Tennessee; one great grandson, Jaxon Ware of Cleveland, Tennessee; two sisters, Janice (George) Bickert of Calhoun, Georgia, and Martha McIntosh and Michael Robey of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Chestuee Worship Center, 1414 Athens Rd., Calhoun, Tenn., with Pastor Samuel Burger officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
