Kaydon Jaycob Dodson, 20, of Marshall, Texas, passed away August 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love that will always remain in the hearts of his family and friends. Born on November 7, 2004, to his mother, Tiffanie Dodson, Kaydon was a bright light in his family's life. Born on November 7, 2004, to his mother, Tiffanie Dodson, Kaydon was a bright light in his family's life. He was known for his big hugs and the way he could make people feel cared for just by being himself. Kaydon loved spending time with his family, whether it was sharing laughs, hanging out, or enjoying the little moments together. He also had a big passion for Anime, which he not only enjoyed watching but also used as a way to express his creativity and connect with others. He is survived by his loving mother, Tiffanie Dodson; grandparents, Ritter and Linda Ferguson; great-grandparents, Bobby and Shirley Jones and Jame Buster "Poppy" Ferguson; brothers, Joshua Taylor and Braylon Williams; aunts, Penny Jones and Loran Ferguson; uncles, Rodney Jones, Sammy Jones, and Landon Ferguson; along with many cousins and other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Linda "KK" Ferguson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in
Ore City, Texas. Visitation will be the same day from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, just before the service. Kaydon's time here was too short, but he touched so many lives with his kindness, hugs, and joy. His memory will live on in the love of his family and friend she way he could make people feel cared for just by being himself. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in
Ore City, Texas. Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon on Tuesday and last until service time.
