Keith Lamar Barfield

Mr. Keith Lamar Barfield, age 69, of Franklin passed away December 15, 2025.
His funeral will be held at the graveside Saturday December 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Andrew Owensby officiating.
Mr. Barfield was born July 19, 1956 in Plant City, FL to the late Hulon Milton Barfield and Mary Iceline Godwin Claville. He was a Baptist by faith.
He was a simple man who took pride in providing for his family. He liked driving big trucks and logged countless miles through the years. His fondest memories were times spent with his family all together. Having them along for camping and fishing trips to Lake Wedowee made every moment that much more special.
Survivors include: two children, Annette Deters (Bob) of Elberton, GA, and Buzz Dockery (Connie) of Franklin; six grandchildren: Kera Robinson (Patrick), Jereme Howell (Kesley), Mikayla Dockery, Celena Dockery (Randy), Jessie Tindal (Lexie), and Daniel Dockery; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Barfield; a daughter, Lesley Tindal; two sons, Timothy "Timmy" Barfield and James Dockery; and a granddaughter, Kayla Barfield.
