Keith Alan Buhs

Keith Alan Buhs, age 60, passed away on July 24, 2024, peacefully at his home in Anthem, AZ. He was the beloved husband of Mary Buhs with whom he shared 13 incredible years of marriage, and a father to 5 beautiful children and a granddaughter. Keith was a wonderful father, a brother, and a dear friend to too many people to count across the country but especially in Illinois and Arizona. His passion was his 30+ year career as a firefighter and EMT but also in riding his Harley, on which he and Mary travelled the country, and in supporting the local Rodeo performers once he moved to Arizona. Keith followed his dreams, and we are all better people because of that, as he touched all of our hearts.
Keith is survived by his wife, Mary; and children Rebecca (Brian) Duffy, Amanda Buhs, and granddaughter Delaney Duffy; and children Bryan Boehm, Michelle Boehm and TJ Boehm; siblings Gail L. Arnold, Robert M. (Jennie), and David L. Buhs; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Keith's funeral service will be Friday, August 9th at 11am at Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) 39905 N Gavilan Peak Parkway, Anthem 85086.
