Keith Doleniak

Keith Allen Doleniak died on October 13, 2025 at the age of 64, after a brief but intense battle against pancreatic cancer at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
He was predeceased by his soulmate and wife Eileen in December 2020.
Always a proud Red Knight, Keith graduated from Reading High School/Reading Muhlenberg vo-tech in 1979 and went on to have a long career at Carpenter Technology, retiring in 2018. Some of his most important work was not work at all, but being Coach Keith to countless young softball players from the youth softball organization he helped to create in the city.
As a grandfather, he spent his time on the sidelines of youth soccer games, not as a coach in title but always a coach at heart.
Keith is survived by his daughters, Kayci and Jessica, as well as their spouses, Raymond (husband of Kayci) and Seth (husband of Jessica). He is also survived by his five grandchildren, the light of his life: Kira, Jaxin, Kian, Emilia, and Harper. He is also survived by his mother, Marcia, and was predeceased by his father, Arthur.
Of all the things to be said about Keith's life, the one that stands out was his unwavering loyalty, even to his sports teams, but especially to his wife and children. He will be missed and remembered fondly.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. The Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1501 North 11th St., Reading, is in charge of the arrangements.
