Keith A. Hankey, age 69, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025.
He was born June 20, 1955 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Charles Clarence Hankey and JoAnn Marilyn Gregg Deisher.
Keith was a member of the Gem City Rollers Scooter Club; attended the Faith Lutheran Church, Wilmington, was a member of the Happy Campers, Dayton Hikers, Dayton Ohio Paddlers, and enjoyed spending time shopping for cars on Facebook Marketplace. Keith recently became an avid fisherman and liked to hunt mushrooms. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are wife, Cheryl Lynn Hankey whom he married July 20, 2019, sister, Lisha L. Latta, daughter, Carissa Hankey (Matt) Tenney, daughter, Ashley (Seith) Hankey, grandchildren, Jaysten, Keaton, & Phoenix, 2 nephews & many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held at Hickory Overlook Group Camp (Caesar Creek), 8570 St. Rt. 73 Waynesville, OH , April 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Joel Richter officiating. A Celebration of Keith's Life will follow the service until 4:00 p.m.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, is serving the family.
