With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Keith Gary Pearson, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He left this world on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, at age 52.
Keith was born on August 4, 1971, to Gary and Linda Woodhull in Superior, WI and was raised by Curt and Donna Pearson in Hawthorne, Wisconsin. He lived all his life in the region, where he appreciated the beautiful nature, his vast family, and many friends.
During his high school years, he met his future wife, Stephanie (Bergsten). They married in September 1991 and would enjoy over three decades of marriage and companionship. Keith and Stephanie had two children, Jonathon, and Sonny.
The last work position he held was with the City of Superior, prior to which he worked for various companies and communities. In his free time, Keith enjoyed working on his hobby car, attending car shows and taking walks on the forest trails behind his home.
He had a great sense of humor that brightened up any situation, while his hobby of writing poetry expressed his more serious, thoughtful side.
Known for his caring nature, Keith will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind and loving man. His family and wide circle of friends as well as the entire community knew him to be a man with a strong work ethic that he displayed both at home and at work. Keith had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Keith is survived by his parents, Curt and Donna; wife, Stephanie; sons, Jonathon and Sonny; grandsons, Derrick and Talon; sisters, Angela (Brian) Brown and Kimberly (Todd) Burger; brother, Leonard; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his birth parents and grandparents.
Keith's departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but his legacy of love, compassion and humor will live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew him.
Services will be held at a later date.
