Pageland, SC – Mr. Kelly M. Knight, age 57, passed away on November 6, 2025, with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Brent Taylor. A visitation with the family will follow the service.
Born on October 1, 1968, in Monroe, NC, he was the son of Randy Knight and Martha Medlin Watson. Mr. Knight was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 1986, and attended Chesterfield-Marlboro Technical College, where he earned his tool and die accreditation. He was formerly employed with Aviagen with over 20 years of service and was also employed with the Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Clinton, SC.
Mr. Knight was passionate about animals, particularly rescue cats. His interests included fishing, beach trips with family, and cooking. A man known for his laughter and infectious smile, Kelly also enjoyed spending time with his friends drag racing and working on cars.
He is preceded in death by his bonus father, Lonnie Wayne Watson.
Mr. Knight is survived by his wife of nearly ten years, Ronna Johnson Knight, and their children: CPL Lucas O. Knight (Celia) of Fort Bragg, NC; Hunter Nabors of Waterloo, SC; Maghan R. Knight (Charles Powell) of Charlotte, NC; and Carsyn Beaudin (Jake) of Lansing, MI. He also leaves behind his mother, Martha M. Watson of Pageland, SC; father, Randy Knight (Betty) of Mt. Croghan, SC; grandchildren, William Beaudin and the soon-to-arrive Baby Beaudin; sisters, Meg Sellers (Phillip) of Chesterfield, SC, and Kris Grant (Cal Reighley) of Irmo, SC; nephews, Collin Sellers (Kayla Oliver), Grant (Eliza) Sellers; nieces, Chelsea (Nate) Knittle, and Kiley Grant (Franklin Johnson).
In honor of his love for animals, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Lancaster SPCA of South Carolina, P.O. Box 3042, Lancaster, SC 29721 (www.lancasterspca.net).
