Born in Neptune City, NJ, she was the daughter of Patrick and Patricia (Kimball) Williams.
Family was Kelly's pride and joy in life. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family above all else.
Surviving along with her husband Chris of 18 years, are her children Jeffrey, Cheyanne, and Rachael; siblings Shelly Garced, wife of Mark, Patrick Williams Jr., husband of Tina, Thomas Williams Sr., husband of Illana, Billy Williams, and Stephanie Prettyman, wife of Chad; nieces and nephews Kass, Aidan, Savannah (Titi), Brandon, Brooke, Thomas Jr., Jayden, Samantha, Kayla, Haley, Elizabeth, Kayce, Maddie, Mackenzie, John Ray, and Connor; great nieces and nephews Ellie Mae, Nova Jean, Wyatt, and Cole. She is predeceased by her aunt Debbie; grandmother Vera; and her grandmother Mary-Ellen.
Funeral Services will be held privately by the family.
