I work in the same branch as Kelvin, he was a warm and giving person. My first interaction with him, I was not very pleasant, but he forgave me and let me know that we can all have a bad day, it's what we do going forward that matters. Rest in Peace, my friend

Kelvin was such a nice person. I met Kelvin when I worked in Wethersfield Branch. Our Motor vehicle career paths crossed various times and every occurrence was a positive one. He was reliable and trustworthy and will be missed dearly. Sending condolences from Team VBR of The Department of Motor Vehicles.

I first worked with Kelvin in Wethersfield DMV in 2003 and my first impression was this guy is such a gentle giant always smiling. He had this carefree attitude and worked well with his coworkers and customers. I saw him at the union picnic last summer and it was so nice to converse with him. He will be missed dearly. I send my condolences to his family especially. RIP Kelvin.
