Kenneth W. Edwards, known to all as Kenny, was born on a crisp, autumn day in Columbus, OH on October 18, 1975, and passed away on August 15, 2025. Kenny was a man of remarkable character, a beacon of loyalty, love, and generosity. His compassion was as boundless as the sky, warming the hearts of those lucky enough to know him. As the famed writer, Leo Tolstoy, once said, "The sole meaning of life is to serve humanity." Kenny lived this truth in his dedication to service, both in his career and his personal life.

Kenny was a retired serviceman, who dedicated much of his life to the army, serving with valor and commitment. His loyalty was unwavering, his courage, unparalleled. Outside of his professional life, Kenny was a man of simple pleasures. He found joy in the echo of a gunshot, the thrill of vanquishing virtual foes in video games, and the serenity of camping under the twinkling stars. His hobbies were as diverse as his personality, reflecting his adventurous spirit and zest for life. Above all else, what mattered most to Kenny were his family, friends, and pets. His loving nature turned every interaction into a memorable moment, a testament to his generous soul.

Kenny is survived by his son, Liam Edwards, as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles His legacy will continue through them, living on in their shared memories and stories. His mother, Patricia Strong, and grandparents William and Virginia Kilbourne preceded him in death, and we find comfort in knowing that they are reunited once more. As we remember Kenny, we remember the words of Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Kenny's love, compassion, and generosity have left an indelible mark on our hearts.
