Kenneth Darrell Darsey October 31, 1955 – April 25, 2025 Kenneth Darrell Darsey, 69, of Macon, GA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 25, 2025. A private celebration of life will be held by his family to honor his memory. Born on October 31, 1955, in Macon, Kenneth was the son of the late Jake and Flossie (Renfroe) Darsey. He was a dedicated and hardworking man, known for his strong work ethic as a hydraulic technician. Kenneth had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and could often be found tending to his garden or enjoying nature. He loved to barbeque and made the best barbeque sauce around. In quieter moments, he loved relaxing and watching television. Kenneth was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Amber Darsey, and his sisters, Angie Darsey (Coleman) and Judy Darsey (Adams). He is survived by his children, Darrell Darsey and Maranda Darsey; his former spouse of 23 years, Connie (Glover) Darsey; grandchildren: Hunter Hunt, Halee Shugart, Samantha Shugart, Lexy Darsey, Tanner Adams, Maddie Bean, and Lizzie Bean; great-grandchildren: Charlee Hunt and Benson Sumter, Amberlynn Shiver; sister, Diane Darsey; brothers: Dennis Darsey (Kathy) and Jerry Darsey (Angela) ; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish his memory. Kenneth's life was a testament to resilience, quiet strength, and devotion to family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
