Kenneth J. Gummo, of Hartland, died on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at his home at the age of 69. He was born in Waukesha, WI on January 10, 1956, the son of Andrew and Adell (nee Meyer) Gummo. On February 14, 1996 he married Marie Frierson-Gummo in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Ken enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, snowmobiling, and spending time on Tybee Island with family and friends. He was a special person to many people in his life. Ken had great humor and laughter. He will be missed and loved by all who knew him. He was a wonderful husband and his family was his pride and joy.

He is survived by his wife Marie and their children Dan (Amy) Gibson, David (Robin) Gibson and Paul (Linda) Gibson; grandchildren Braedon and Ella Gibson, Alex and Samantha Wood, Dallas Dorman, Dalton (Kylie) Gibson, Emilya Gibson and Victoria Dorman and great-grandson Everett Dorman. He is further survived by his siblings Theresa (Gilbert) Lawrence, Debra Ralston, Mary Ann Gummo, Andrew “Jerry” (Cindy) Gummo and Sherry (late Ron) Tank, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his son George Gummo, his parents, and his brother Bob Gummo.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the family residence from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. For further information, please email Marie at [email protected].
