Campobello, SC---Kenneth "Ken" Ray Lawson, 67, of Campobello, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on July 16, 1955, he was a son of the late William "Bill" Glen Lawson Sr. and Gladys Mitchell Lawson and was the husband of Debbie Marlene (Pittman) Lawson having celebrated 42 years of marriage.
Ken was the owner/operator of K&M Repair and was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Hallie Lancaster and her husband John Carl; two brothers, Bill Lawson, Jr. and Albert Lawson; three sisters, Barbara Burch, Ann Mann and Sandra Wilson; many loving nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren, Thorne Lawson of the home, Carl Lancaster, Rachel Lancaster, Emma Lancaster, James Lancaster, Charles Lancaster, Thomas Lancaster and Daniel Lancaster; and Samuel Lancaster to arrive on July 1, 2023.
He was predeceased by his son, Mitchell Leland Lawson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 2:00-3:30 PM at Ingleside Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 3:30 PM in the church with Pastor Shane Ezell officiating. Burial will be in Motlow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Kesler, Hunter Jordan, Heath Jordan, Ethan Cagle, Jacob McKelvey, Jonathan Lawson, Tyler Pittman and Nathan Pittman.
