Kenneth Dale Maloney, 83, of Macon, MO, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon.
Kenny was born on April 25, 1941, in rural Atlanta, MO, the son of Martin Francis "Rab" and Louise Elnora (Bork) Maloney. He was united in marriage to Betty Austin on May 25, 1968. Kenny was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church, Macon Flywheel Club and he enjoyed collecting toy tractors and pens, playing cards, deer hunting, fishing, camping and especially spending time with his family.
Kenny is survived by his wife Betty of Macon; two sons, Kenneth "Dale" Maloney, Jr., and Larry Don Maloney and his fiance' Sandy Brumm, all of Macon; four grandchildren, D.J. Stoebe and his wife Tiphanie of Blue Springs, MO, Jasmine Maloney and Alissa Maloney both of St. Louis, MO, and Jared Maloney of Macon; three great grandchildren, Bailey, Brooklyn and Trey Stoebe; and other extended family and in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Donald Maloney, and one sister-in-law, Elouise Maloney.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, August 29, 2024, at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon with Bro. Jack Sumption officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Clarence, MO. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Wednesday evening at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the Macon Flywheel Club.
