Kenneth J. Rivenburgh, a resident of Henrietta for over 50 years, passed away on May 21, 2025 at the age of 83.
Ken was born in Central Bridge, NY, to the late Kenneth A. and Kathryn Rivenburgh. He married the love of his life Gloria and they were married for 58 amazing years until Gloria passed in 2021. Together they raised two beautiful daughters, Carolyn (Peter) Narreau of Suwanee, GA and Jennifer (Donato) Fazio of Fairport, NY. He is survived by two wonderful grandchildren, Zachary Narreau (and wife Kristen) and Isabella Fazio and is predeceased by his beloved granddaughter Chelsey Narreau.
Ken is predeceased by his siblings Patrice and Canice and is survived by his brother Eugene and many nieces and nephews.
Through example, Ken showed what strength of character looks like. Despite his profound grief over losing Gloria, he honored her through his efforts to keep living a life of happiness and purpose. His resilience was inspiring. The love and support shown to him by his friends and coworkers at the Henrietta Food Cupboard and special neighbors will always be remembered by his family.
Ken retired from a 36 year career as Vice President of JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2005 but it was his family and friends, his New York Giants and his volunteer work that truly fulfilled him.
St. Jude’s Children's Center was near and dear to the hearts of both Gloria and Ken. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in their name. Please Click HERE to Donate.
A private family Celebration of Life will take place.

I've Remembered Ken fondly over the years; Ken was a great Manager in Trust Opts in 80s, 90s, very professional, great smile and we all loved Gloria as well.
We asked what he was gonna do when he retired, he said he was going to get up early and wave at morning cars going to work :)
Rest easy, Ken, I will always remember you. Condolences to the Rivenburg Family

Sorry to hear about Ken's passing. I worked with Ken at Chase. Great person. So glad I attended the annual Christmas get together of Ex Chase employes and was able to see and talk to him. He was telling me I should volunteer at the local food cupboard as he said it was really enjoyable. My heart goes out to his family. I'm glad our lives crossed paths in my lifetime. He will be missed.

My condolences to you and your family. I spoke with your dad over the weekend updating him on Skip and wishing him well on his upcoming procedure. Such a tough week for the Rivenburgh family. Hoping you find comfort knowing he is resting in peace with your mom. Prayers and thoughts to all of you. Teri and family
