Kenneth John Ziebell, age 75, of Woodstock, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Ken was born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin on March 26, 1948, the son of the late Edward Ziebell and the late Winifred Staddler Ziebell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Alan Ziebell.
Ken received his Bachelor Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Ken traveled for work and lived portions of his life in seven different states, yet always stayed connected with his childhood buddies from Manitowoc. Ken was a lifelong Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed woodworking, reading, poker, puzzles, listening to The Eagles, traveling, and spending time with his grandsons.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Kathryn Wood Ziebell; his daughter, Andrea O’Connor (Terry); his son, Jonathan Ziebell (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Neal O’Connor and Evan O’Connor; his sister, Paula Wagner; as well as his precious dogs, Sasha and Bella.
In keeping with Ken’s wishes, he will be cremated and placed in a family plot in Evansville, Wisconsin at a later date.
