Kennie enjoyed woodworking, NASCAR Racing, he loved putting jigsaw puzzles together and spending time with family. He enjoyed showing off his rock collection.
Survivors include sisters Inger (Larry) Braun; Gale (Dave) Boyer; brother Bjorn (Joni) Sather, Jr.; nephew Jason (Lisa) Braun; niece Sofie Braun, nephew Paul (Haley) Boyer; several great nieces and nephews; a great-great niece.
Predeceased by his parents.
A graveside ceremony will be held at 11:30 am Thursday March 6, 2025 in Rockton Township Cemetery, 600 West Street, Rockton, IL with Pastor Adam Meyer officiating.
